Management Consultant is one of the more scrutinized categories and much care should be taken to highlight the client’s relevant work experiences and coursework taken at the university level that closely relate to the job duties. TN applications for Canadian nationals can be adjudicated at a port of entry; Mexican nationals applying for TN visas must do so at a U.S. consulate or U.S. Embassy.
