Scott Legal just had a Green Card approved for a diversity lottery applicant form South Africa. The applicant was the spouse of one of our E-2 clients and they won the lottery last year. Their priority date was on the higher end but we were able to file for the green card in June and press the Government to adjudicate the petition prior to Sept. 30th (all green cards must be issued by then).
