EB-5 Green Card Approved for Applicant who Started a Gym

We just had an EB-5 green card approved for an applicant who started a gym.  The application was a direct investment EB-5 and the I-526 was approved within 18 months after filing the applications.  The applicant concurrently filed the I-485 and the green card was approved today. The applicant can enjoy green card benefits now and will apply to remove the conditions on the green card in 2 years. To learn more, take a look at our free resources below.
