We just had an EB-5 approval for a UK national for a petition filed with a Regional Center. The petition was filed in September of 2019 and it was approved in just over 4 months and was not subject to a request for evidence. (RFE). The applicant is currently in the U.S. on an E-2 visa and will transition to a green card. The EB-5 I-526 petition was filed prior to the implementation of the new EB-5 rules on November 21st.
