The EB-5 program allows a person to invest $800,000 in a business to get a green card. To qualify, the business must create 10 full-time jobs. On March 11, the EB-5 Regional Center program was restarted and is now alive and well. This webinar will go over the EB-5 rules and regulations for both regional centers and direct EB-5 investment. The webinar will also discuss the practical considerations of moving from an E-2 or other nonimmigrant visa to an EB-5 green card. Finally, the webinar will review the EB-5 green card process, timing, and other considerations.
