Khadija Derrick-Williams graduated from York University in Toronto, Canada with an honors bachelor’s degree in Law & Society. In addition, she received a post-graduate Paralegal diploma from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. Khadija has four years of experience working in litigation law. Her responsibilities as a litigation clerk and lead for client relations across Canada included drafting and filing civil claims, judgments, liens, and garnishments on behalf of several major Canadian and U.S. banks.

As Legal Analyst at Scott Legal P.C., Khadija assists with the preparation and submission of employment-based non-immigrant visa petitions, labor certification applications (PERM & LCA), green card petitions, family-based petitions, and immigration research. She also aids immigration attorneys in assessing immigration options for corporate clients, obtaining U.S. work authorization for foreign nationals, and setting up business entities.
