Paola has accumulated substantial experience managing cases in both Family and Business Immigration Law, particularly concentrating on EB-1 Extraordinary Ability and EB2-NIW cases. One of her specializations is showcasing the best abilities of professionals attempting to secure a visa through their career achievements. She has managed a vast number of visa applications for professionals in a wide array of fields such as Business, IT, Medicine, Architecture, Veterinary Sciences, Research, Translation, Engineering, and Law, among others. She has abundant experience in all operational aspects of visa applications and has effectively participated in the preparation and presentation of a number of visas that have been successfully approved. She is also well versed in investment visas, having worked in E-2s, L-1s, and EB-5s substantially. She enjoys supporting families to achieve their investment and immigration objectives in the US by assisting them throughout the filing process from beginning to end.

Prior to joining the Immigration field, she developed a solid career in the field of Bankruptcy Law, where she worked as a Paralegal for various prestigious firms in the South Florida area, and as an Assistant to US appointed Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy trustees. She has a consolidated background in complex Immigration visas as well as financial matters, including protection of tangible and intangible assets, personal and corporate asset liquidation and reorganization, credit structuring and repair, and real estate rental management.

Paola is an Honors graduate from Florida International University with a background in legal studies from Universidad Rafael Landivar in Guatemala. She has studies in Personal Income tax preparation and is a Notary Public in the State of Florida. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
