Mr. Derrick earned his bachelor’s degree from Carleton University and held multiple financial roles at the Royal Bank of Canada for over 10 years. As a corporate banker, Mr. Derrick was responsible for assessing business plans and financial projections of clients desiring to arrange financing with the bank. Mr. Derrick is a CFA® charterholder.

Mr. Derrick is the Chief Financial Officer at Scott Legal and is also responsible for the drafting of comprehensive business plans. Mr. Derrick also provides due diligence support to our corporate clients and performs other corporate activities.
