TN Approval for Technical Publications Writer at Pearson International Airport for a National of Canada

Scott Legal, P.C. had a TN approval at the port of entry of Pearson International Airport in Toronto. The applicant was granted a visa for three years (the full amount permitted for a TN visa) under the classification of Technical Publications Writer. The Applicant has an advanced degree (Ph. D) and will work as a writer in the medical communications field. In order to qualify for a TN visa under this category, the applicant must have at lease a Bachelor’s degree in the related field. Some positions may require an advanced degree depending on the type of content the applicant will be required to produce.
