We just had an L-1A visa approval at the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi.  The applicant was granted the visa for 3 years and the business imports and sells basmati rice. The applicant is an executive who will run the operation in New Jersey. The application was first approved by U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services and then the visa was issued at the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi.
