Lesly Linares

Lesly Linares has worked as a Paralegal at a nonprofit immigration law firm representing unaccompanied minors for four years. During her time there she has worked extensively on humanitarian immigration cases such as asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Visas, T & U Visas, assisting in Family Court and Criminal Proceedings. In this role she displayed immense dedication, and commitment to the undocumented community. Lesly also consults small businesses who are owned and operated by immigrants, guiding the business owner through the various NYS agencies and regulations. Lesly believes in giving back to the community in any way she possibly can. Lesly has also worked in the education field as a Case Manager, advocating for students and teachers alike. She has now found a passion for the legal field and plans to apply for law school in the future. Lesly is fluent in Spanish and English. She is a first-generation Salvadoran American raised in New York. She is a Brooklyn College graduate with a BA in Business Administration focused on Leadership and Human Resources.

Lesly is a New York Notary and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
