
Joaquin Bracho Dos Santos
Joaquin Bracho Dos Santos has a J.D. equivalent degree and a LL.M. degree in Administrative Law both from Universidad Católica Andres Bello (UCAB) in Caracas, Venezuela. He also completed a LL.M. degree from Florida International University (FIU) College of Law along with an MBA degree from St. Thomas University (STU) in Miami, Florida.
Before joining Scott Legal P.C., he assisted clients by researching, drafting, and preparing family-based petitions with USCIS and National Visa Center. Joaquin has accumulated substantial experience managing cases in investment and treaty-based visa petitions, having worked in EB-5, E-2, and L-1 cases. He enjoys assisting clients throughout the filing process from beginning to end to achieve their immigration objectives in the U.S.
Prior to joining the Immigration field, he focused on the corporate consulting area and served as a corporate adviser in Venezuela for a wide range of industries. In addition, he has owned and managed several businesses and served for many years as a board member of the Instituto Latinoamericano del Ombudsman (ILO), promoting human rights.
He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
