Scott Legal, PC just had six National Interest Exception (NIE) applications approved by the U.S. Consulate in Prague. The NIEs were approved under the new, stricter guidance. The NIE applicants are nationals of the Czech Republic applying for NIEs as B-1 business visitors. The applicants will come to the U.S. to provide vital support to critical infrastructure.
