We just had an H-1B approval with U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS). The beneficiary is a finance professional working in the food industry who changed employers. If a beneficiary is already in the U.S. in H-1B status and meets certain criteria they can change employers and start working with the new employer once the H1B petition is filed with USCIS.
