We just received an approval at the U.S. Consulate in Toronto for an E-2 visa filed on behalf of a Canadian national treaty investor.

The investor purchased a gas station. The client came to us after four previous denials and we were able to remedy the issues he had with his filings before we represented him.  His visa was approved for 5 years.
