We just received approval for an E-2 visa at the consulate in Vancouver.  The applicant started a fitness training center and invested just over $50,000 (spent $20,000 and had $30,000 in working capital).  The visa was approved and the applicant will move to the U.S. this month.  Please contact Scott Legal, P.C. for all of your immigration and E-2 visa needs.
