Scott Legal P.C. just had an approval for an IT consultancy company at the U.S. Consulate in Brussels Belgium. The visa was approved for 5 years for an IT company that found IT solutions for the entertainment industry. The U.S. Consulate in Belgium does not require a business plan for E-2 submissions and submissions are in the form of a binder rather than an electronic submission. The applicant’s total investment was $100,000 where he spent approximately $60, 000 of that with the remainder in a business bank account for working capital.
