We just had an E-2 employee visa approval at the U.S. Consulate in Calgary. The applicant was granted the visa for 5 years and the business is a producer of high quality leather goods. The applicant was a marketing manager and the chief operating officer of the company. While new E-2 visa applications must be processed in Toronto, E-2 Employee visas and other visas can be processed in other U.S. Consulates in Canada. The business will be based in Nevada.
