We just had an E-2 approval at the U.S. Consulate in Madrid. The applicant was granted a visa for five years to operate his video production company. The applicant’s company specialized in the production and editing of video content for marketing purposes. The applicant was a primary investor and a Spanish national. His spouse (who will join the company once she receives work authorization), and two children were also approved. The business will be based in Colorado.
