Ms. Lobe is a paralegal at Scott Legal, P.C. She is currently in law school and plans to continue to pursue a career in immigration law. In 2013, she graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in political science, cum laude, and was a Clark Foundation and PALS (Program for Academic Leadership and Service) Scholar. She has worked with nonprofit legal services providers in various capacities and was an Accredited Representative under the Department of Justice at the Immigration Services Program at Catholic Charities Diocese of Metuchen.

At Catholic Charities, Ms. Lobe has provided direct representation on immigration matters, including VAWA (Violence Against Women Act), U-visas, Naturalization, waivers of inadmissibility, and other complex immigration legal claims. She is also the Chair of the Board of Trustees of El Centro Hispanoamericano, a nonprofit providing legal, humanitarian, and educational assistance to underserved immigrant communities in New Jersey. Ms. Lobe has been a volunteer ESL (English as a Second Language) instructor and designed and implemented the Adult Spanish Literacy Program at El Centro Hispanoamericano, which provides a culturally sensitive curriculum for Spanish-speaking individuals unable to read and write in their own language.
